Role: Technical Business Analyst (AI / Claude Code / Azure DevOps)

We are looking for a hands-on Technical Business Analyst with strong AI and automation experience to bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams. The ideal candidate will convert ambiguous requirements into clear, buildable specifications and rapidly prototype AI-driven solutions using Claude Code , Azure DevOps (ADO) , and contemporary agentic AI tools.

Responsibilities:

- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Build AI-powered automations using Claude Code and Azure DevOps.
- Prototype, test, and iterate solutions before handing over reusable capabilities.
- Automate creation and updates of ADO work items (PBIs, User Stories, Tasks).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineers, and data teams.
- Design self-service automation solutions and document reusable processes.
