Role Purpose:

To assist the Head – Mining Services in planning, coordination, data analysis, and monitoring of mining operations and technical functions, and to ensure seamless execution of projects, reporting, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:
- Assist in reviewing and analysing technical reports, mine plans, and production data.
- Prepare presentations, technical summaries, and dashboards for internal and external reviews.

- Project Monitoring:

- Track progress of key mining projects and activities as per timelines.
- Coordinate with different functional heads for timely data submission and updates.

- MIS & Documentation:

- Maintain up-to-date records, documentation, and reports for statutory and management reviews.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports as required.

- Communication & Coordination:

- Act as a liaison between the Head of Mining Services and other departments.
- Organize and schedule internal/external meetings, site visits, and review sessions.

- Compliance & Safety:

- Support in tracking statutory compliances




- Coordinate implementation and documentation of health, safety, and environmental standards.

- Continuous Improvement:

- Assist in identifying operational inefficiencies and support in implementing best practices.
- Follow up on actions from review meetings and drive closure.

Other Specifications

Educational Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech/ MBA/ CA/ICWA

Experience:

- 3–7 years of post qualification industry experience
- Exposure to mining industry/ operations is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with positive MS Office/Project knowledge
