We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer / Technical Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and AWS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building enterprise-grade web applications, leading development teams, and taking ownership of projects from architecture through deployment.

This role requires a solid technical leader who can mentor developers, make architectural decisions, review code, and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of software solutions.

The candidate should also be comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and AI coding agents such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and similar platforms to improve software development productivity, code quality, debugging, testing, documentation, and solution design.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
- Design and develop scalable REST APIs and backend services.
- Build secure, high-performance, and maintainable applications.
- Deploy, monitor, and support applications hosted on AWS.
- Lead a team of developers, assign work, and provide technical guidance.
- Participate in solution architecture and technical design discussions.
- Review code and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and business teams throughout the development lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance.
- Drive the adoption of AI-assisted development workflows across the engineering team.

Required Skills




- 4–5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Strong experience with Angular.
- Good hands-on experience with AWS services.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
- Strong understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Git and modern software development practices.
- Experience leading or mentoring developers.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using AI coding tools such as Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar AI assistants in day-to-day development.

Preferred Skills
- Experience migrating legacy Java applications to newer Java versions and modern Spring Boot architectures.
- Experience upgrading applications from older versions of Java, Spring, or Angular.
- Experience with Docker and containerization.
- Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong understanding of scalable system design and application architecture.
