Job Title: Tech Lead – Mobile (React Native)

Location: Remote( Candidates should be open to working from the office at Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Mumbai, or Gurgaon, based on future project requirements.)

Experience: 7–10 Years Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead – Mobile (React Native) to lead the architecture, development, release management, and long-term maintenance of enterprise mobile applications. The role involves technical leadership, vendor governance, mentoring engineering teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable and secure mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities





Lead React Native mobile application architecture and development.

Manage App Store & Play Store releases, production support, and performance optimization.

Ensure code quality, architecture governance, and vendor deliverables.

Collaborate with product, backend, and business teams to deliver enterprise mobile solutions.

Mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.

Manage CI/CD pipelines, mobile security, and release management.

Required Skills

10+ years of overall experience with 6+ years of recent React Native development.

Strong expertise in React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, CSS.

Experience with MVVM/Clean Architecture, Redux/Context API, REST APIs, OAuth/OIDC, App Store & Play Store publishing, CI/CD (Fastlane/GitHub Actions/ADO), GitHub, and mobile performance optimization.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.

Positive to Have

Native Android/iOS development.

React.js, Node.js or Python.

Azure/AWS, MongoDB, Oracle/PostgreSQL/SQL Server.
