We are looking for a passionate and experienced IT Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and be comfortable sourcing, screening, and coordinating technical talent across multiple technologies. The candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple open positions in a fast-paced workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions.

Understand hiring requirements from clients and hiring managers.

Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates.

Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other hiring platforms.

Build and maintain a strong pipeline of technical candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Coordinate offer rollouts and onboarding activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. REQUIREMENTS

3–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment.

Hands-on experience in end-to-end technical recruitment.





Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.

Good understanding of technical roles and the IT hiring process.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Bachelor's degree in any discipline. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience working in an IT Services, IT Consulting, Staffing, or Staff Augmentation company.

Exposure to hiring for C2C (Corp-to-Corp), C2H (Contract-to-Hire), and Permanent positions.

Experience recruiting for enterprise technologies such as SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Technologies, Java, Cloud, DevOps, QA/Automation, Data Engineering, AI/ML, or similar technical domains.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment best practices.

Role Description The Senior Technical Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Jaipur, responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment for technical and IT positions. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the full hiring process in coordination with hiring managers and leadership. The role involves building strong talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with candidates, and ensuring a positive, inclusive experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
