Key Responsibilities:

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in .NET technologies, including C#, WPF, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, Event-driven Architecture, Distributed Systems, and SQL Server.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices to ensure high-quality software development.
- Drive architectural decisions and system design, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and performance optimization.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs, microservices, MQTT-based Event-driven architectures, and backend services.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP), design patterns, SOLID principles, and database design.
- Hands-on experience and knowledge of C++ would be a valuable addition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, QA, and DevOps, to align technical solutions with business objectives.




- Drive Agile development methodologies, including Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Oversee code quality, debugging, performance tuning, and technical debt management.
- Experience in Windows Applications, Web Services, Web API development, and cloud-based deployments (Azure/AWS).
- Strong expertise in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data modeling.
- Ensure seamless integration of components, productive data flow, and system reliability.
- Proactively identify risks, propose mitigation strategies, and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies, frameworks, and industry trends to enhance team productivity and software quality.
