- We are looking for a seasoned Tech Lead / Architect with extensive experience in web application development using Angular JS, Node JS, cloud platforms, and low-code/no-code environments . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of full-stack development, architectural design, and leadership in a fast-paced Agile environment. This role requires a combination of technical leadership, system architecture expertise , and a passion for innovation and mentorship .
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, architecture, and development of scalable and high-performance web applications, using Angular JS for front-end and Node JS for back-end development.
- Define the architectural vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technology strategies, particularly focusing on cloud infrastructure and low-code/no-code platforms .
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams , including product managers, UI/UX designers, developers, and QA engineers, to deliver seamless and integrated solutions.
- Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards , and modern architectural principles to deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
- Mentor and guide development teams , conducting technical reviews, setting performance benchmarks , and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of systems through effective architectural decisions, performance tuning , and cloud-based optimization strategies .
- Troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues , while coordinating with developers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
- Participate in technical discussions, design reviews , and strategic planning to enhance system architectures and long-term technology goals.
- Facilitate the Agile process , providing technical oversight to the sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative development cycles.




- Stay updated on the latest technologies, trends, and methodologies in cloud computing, low-code/no-code development , and web technologies, while evaluating their application to improve business processes.
- Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 10+ years of qualified experience in full-stack development and architectural leadership .
- Extensive expertise in Angular JS and Node JS , with a proven track record of designing and delivering complex web applications.
- Deep understanding of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and experience with low-code/no-code development environments .
- Proficiency in database design and management with technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Strong experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture , and API design principles.
- Strong leadership and team management skills , with a demonstrated ability to mentor, guide, and inspire teams.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices , and version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a meticulous approach to delivering reliable, scalable solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Angular 2+.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience in architecting solutions using low-code/no-code platforms such as OutSystems or Mendix .
- Understanding of Agile methodologies , with hands-on experience in Agile leadership roles .
- Experience in performance optimization, scalability design, and security architecture
