Position: Team Member IBP Tech

Responsible for first-line operational support and implementation of the Supply Planning ESP module of the platform (can be Blue Yonder or any other platform selected for businesses across HIL).

The role focuses on system monitoring, execution of standard operating procedures, handling basic user issues, and incident triage as per defined playbooks.

The role is focussed on elements of S&OP; and S&OE;, with a focus on Supply planning.

The role ensures day-to-day operational stability by monitoring jobs, alerts, data flows, and environments supporting supply planning and S&OP; cycles, and escalates complex or non-standard issues to L1 owners in line with established governance.

Key responsibilities:

- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations and ERP teams to understand and cascade data as per design, into the S&OP;/IBP technology tools.
- Identify technology test/use cases, improvement opportunities, to support Head Digital CX in design and implementation of S&OP; / IBP technology solutions, with a focus on ESP module.
- Ensure data, technical landscape and managing of ESP sandbox, including setup, mapping and day-to-day error free working as per defined integrations/design/ file transfer protocols.
- Perform Data transformation based on business design,



transformation logic, multi-source data to meet the requirements of the platform for HILs master, transaction and planning data ingestion.
- Utilize statistical tools for advanced analytics, identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Identifying and addressing RCA, while addressing data/integration errors.
- Support development of insightful reports and dashboards, with strong understanding of functioning and setup of BI tools like Power BI, Power apps.
- Support in Identification of current use cases, POCs etc. for further development and improvement of the S&OP; systems/tools.
- Work closely with the implementation team from business side to configure and customize the IBP/S&OP; system to meet business needs for ESP module.
- Drive the digitalization of the processes under ESP module.
- Manage integrations required for the IBP / S&OP; modernization and applications/program from a Supply planning angle.
- Support in managing the technology tools implementation for the ESP module and its adoption, ensuring timeliness and success of the implementations.
- While being a driver of change, facilitate knowledge management and transfer to users.
