Job Purpose:

Support Finance Automation & Process Improvement Lead in tracking finance automation project implementation, maintenance, documentation & to connect with IT team to timely deliver better solution as per the business requirements.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Leadership and Team Management

- Assist the Finance Automation & Process Improvement Lead: Provide support and backup to the Finance Automation & Process Improvement Lead in their absence.
- Participate in team meetings and discussions: Contribute to team decision-making and knowledge sharing.

2. SAP Finance Module Management
- Assist in implementing and configuring SAP Finance modules: Financial Accounting (FI), Controlling (CO), Treasury, and other related modules.
- Ensure Uniformity & consistency in SAP operations across entities & geographies through SAP driven controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Finance issues: Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Assist in developing and maintaining SAP Finance documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of SAP Finance configurations and processes.
- Ensuring timely documentation of SAP finance project under implementation.
- Co-ordination with IT & external vendors & teams for cross functional support & to fix upstream process issues.
- Arrange & participate user trainings.

3. Process Improvement and Optimization
- Assist in analysing and optimizing financial processes: Identify opportunities for automation,



efficiency gains, and cost savings.
- Help develop and implement process improvements: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process changes.
- Participate in monitoring and evaluating process effectiveness: Continuously assess and refine financial processes.
- Assist in identifying and mitigating process risks: Collaborate with internal audit and risk management teams to identify and mitigate process risks.

4. System Integration and interface management
- Assist in ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules such as BPC as well as third party tools like Blackline, Cimmra, Provision portal etc.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders: Ensure system integration, data consistency, and interoperability.
- Assist in developing and maintaining interface documentation: Ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation of interface configurations and processes.

5. Financial Reporting and Analysis
- Assist in developing and maintaining financial reports and dashboards.
- Participate in analysing and interpreting financial data to provide better automation solution by understanding key data fields.
- Assist in identifying and addressing financial reporting issues: Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve financial reporting technical issues.
- Monitor sanctity of GL master & ensure IFC controls by working towards moving manual controls to automated controls
