Job Responsibilities

1. Create & monitor a system of control, procedures & forms for the recordation of fixed asset

2. Reconciliation of Asset Disposal/Retirement with AR Module & FA Module

3. Ensuring timely closure of Asset Addition, Disposal, Termination Movement etc

4. Reconciliation of Financial Ledgers of fixed Asset with Trial Balance

5. Co-ordination & follow-up with the department for open items/issues

6. Reconciliation/Conduct periodic check towards physical counts for Physical Verification of Assets

7. Preparing/Assisting in Financial Audit & Other Audits relating to Fixed Asset

8. Maintain the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure completeness and accuracy of asset records.

9. Support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.

Candidate Profile / Job Requirements

1.



Minimum 1 year of experience in Fixed Asset Accounting or a similar accounting function.

2. Working knowledge of accounting principles and fixed asset management processes.

3. Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably Oracle.

4. Solid analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.

5. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work within defined timelines.

6. Good interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

8. Educational Qualification: B.Com / M.Com or equivalent Finance qualification.
