Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Healthcare Data Analysts and Researchers.
Manage day-to-day healthcare data operations while ensuring productivity and quality targets are achieved.
Monitor team performance through KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics.
Plan, prioritize, and allocate work to ensure timely project delivery.
Conduct regular quality audits and implement corrective actions to improve data accuracy.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and operational best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Client Success.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and workflow automation.
Train, coach,
and support team members to enhance performance and career growth.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular project updates to management.
Required Skills
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Experience managing healthcare data or healthcare research teams.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong understanding of data quality, validation, and operational processes.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Experience in Healthcare Data Management, Provider Research, Healthcare Analytics, or Healthcare Operations.
Exposure to project management and process improvement methodologies is an added advantage.
