- Lead and coach personnel within own team. Mentor and develop team members for optimal performance and identification and development of succession plan
- Balance workload among team members to grant efficiency and effectiveness
- Ensure quality and timely handling of quotations, orders, recording of claims
- and other related documents. Implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
- Monitor and report business performance via KPIs and targets (performance and behavioural) in assigned team(s).
