Role Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of 20 call center operators.
Drive collection efficiency by improving RPC%, PTP%, and kept rates.
Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and shift meetings.
Manage roster, shrinkage, and performance improvement plans.
Job Requirements:
4–6 years of experience in tele-collections or customer service operations.
Solid analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in call metrics.
Experience in attrition control and call center team supervision.
Knowledge of dialer systems and contact center operations preferred.
