Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 outbound operators to meet collection targets.
- Monitor call quality, provide coaching, and ensure SLA/KPI compliance.
- Manage attrition, shrinkage, and rosters effectively.
- Drive productivity and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in team management within outbound collections or customer service.
- Robust analytical and coaching skills to drive performance.
- Ability to handle scheduling, shift planning, and reporting.
- Proven track record in achieving SLAs and quality metrics.
