ey Responsibilities

- Supervise and manage the daily activities of warehouse associates, Ground Coordinators (GCs), and Job Leaders (JLs).

- Ensure manpower planning and allocate resources based on operational requirements.

- Monitor inbound, outbound, sorting, scanning, loading, unloading, and dispatch activities.

- Ensure adherence to shift schedules and maintain productivity targets.

- Track employee attendance, punctuality, and shift compliance.

- Maintain discipline and resolve employee grievances on the shop floor.

- Ensure all safety and operational SOPs are followed.

- Coordinate with HR for onboarding, attendance, leave management, and performance-related issues.

- Monitor operational KPIs such as productivity, turnaround time (TAT), and service quality.

- Prepare daily operational reports and update management on performance.

- Conduct team briefings and provide on-the-job training to new employees.





- Ensure proper utilization of equipment and maintain a clean and safe work workplace.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics

- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, HRMS, WMS)

- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Preferred Qualification

- Graduate or Diploma in any discipline.

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.

- Prior experience in handling teams is preferred.

Pay: ₹22,500.00 - ₹23,500.00 per month
