NJob Summary

nWe are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead and manage a team of customer support associates in a dynamic and performance-driven environment. Candidates from Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, International BPO, or Customer Service backgrounds are preferred.

NKey Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day team operations and ensure achievement of performance targets.

- Monitor productivity, quality, attendance, and service levels.
N
- Conduct regular coaching, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
N
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
N
- Drive team engagement and maintain high levels of employee motivation.
N
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and client requirements.
N
- Prepare and maintain performance reports and MIS.
N

nEligibility Criteria

- Graduation is Mandatory (Only Graduates can apply).
N




- Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Team Leader.
N
- Banking, BFSI, International Customer Support, or BPO experience preferred.
N
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills.
N
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
N
- Willing to work from Malad, Mumbai.
N
