We are looking for a Delivery Operations Team Lead (Strategic Sourcing & S2C) to drive end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) projects, category strategies, and supplier engagement. In this role, you will combine commercial acumen, market intelligence, and modern AI/digital tools to deliver value, streamline workflows, and lead strategic procurement operations.

Key Responsibilities

- S2C Execution & Supplier Management: Lead supplier outreach, RFx (RFP/RFQ/RFI) events, commercial negotiations, supplier evaluations, and contract execution across spend areas.
- Category Strategy: Support the development of category strategies, pipelines, and market roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Data & Financial Analysis: Conduct spend analysis, supplier proposal evaluations, and numeric/commercial assessments to optimize negotiation strategies.
- Digital & AI Tool Integration: Leverage AI productivity tools, procurement platforms, and digital workflows to increase delivery speed, reporting accuracy, and document processing.
- Stakeholder & Executive Engagement:



Build trusted relationships with suppliers and business leaders; tailor strategic communication for C-suite alignment.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior team members in sourcing best practices, procurement processes, and AI/digital tool adoption.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5-7 years of core experience in Strategic Sourcing, Source-to-Contract (S2C), Category Management, or Procurement Consulting.
- Hands-on expertise in conducting RFx events, supplier negotiations, and contract execution.
- Proficiency in enterprise procurement platforms (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, GEP) and advanced Excel/analytics.
- Strong adaptability to AI tools and contemporary digital workflows.
- Ability to travel up to 50% depending on business/client requirements

Preferred candidate profile (Degree in Supply Chain / Procurement or certifications like MCIPS / CPSM preferred)
