? Role Purpose To drive LAP business (prime segment) across the assigned cluster by managing branches, sales teams, and ensuring achievement of disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
? Key Responsibilities
- Drive LAP through branches, DSAs, and connectors
- Manage and monitor cluster performance & target achievement
- Build and strengthen builder & channel relationships
- Ensure quality sourcing with focus on prime customers (salaried & high-quality profiles)
- Monitor login to disbursement ratio and improve conversion
- Maintain portfolio quality & delinquency control
- Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for smooth processing
- Ensure adherence to compliance & regulatory guidelines
? Team Handling
- Manage multiple branches within the cluster
- Handle Sales Managers, Relationship Managers, and DST teams
