Role Description The Team Lead – Investment Research is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position leads a team of analysts responsible for conducting in-depth market and company research to support investment banking clients. Daily responsibilities include reviewing financial models and research outputs, assigning and tracking projects, and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, refining research frameworks, mentoring team members,



and maintaining high standards for analytical quality.

The Team

Lead will also contribute to process improvements, training initiatives, and best practices in research and data analysis.

Qualifications

- Strong Market Research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and industry data.
- Proficient Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities to guide, mentor, and develop a high-performing research team.
- Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present findings clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Advanced proficiency in financial analysis tools, Excel, and presentation software; familiarity with databases such as Bloomberg or Capital IQ is an advantage.
- Relevant experience in investment research, financial services, or investment banking support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work with global teams, manage deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a high-pressure environment.
