A team leader is someone who provides direction, instructions and guidance to his team, for the purpose of achieving BU goal and SLA s. An effective leader will know his team member s strengths, weaknesses and motivations.

- Project Management - Knowledge of Project life cycle and implementation skills.
- Stakeholder Management : Ability to connect and influence Internal and External Stakeholders to understand and fulfil their requirement.




- Communication skills : Positive communicator and the ability to make complex solutions presentable in a simple and easy to understand language.
- Client-facing skills : Ability to work with people at multiple levels.
- Problem Solving Skills : Should be able to listen and work with clients to fully understand their challenges.
