Position Overview The Team Lead – Student Counseling & Enrollment is a pivotal role responsible for leading a team of enrollment advisors. This role involves both individual contributions and team management.



The ideal candidate will have experience in student counseling or sales, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for mentoring and motivating a team. You will oversee daily team activities, track performance, and contribute to achieving both individual and team enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities Supervise and mentor a team of 8-10 enrollment advisors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Engage with prospective students via phone and video to understand their educational and career aspirations. Provide detailed guidance on available programs and match student needs to suitable learning paths.

Develop strategies to drive enrollment growth and ensure target achievement. Monitor team performance metrics and provide actionable feedback for improvement. Foster a collaborative and transparent team workplace with a focus on continuous learning.

Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations and improve student experience. Prepare and present performance reports and insights to senior management.
