We are a young educational-technology start-up that is charting new routes in the domain of mathematics education. Going beyond the traditional focus on mathematical concepts, Cuemath takes a wider approach in introducing students to the real world of mathematics. This includes an immersive development of logical reasoning and an inquiry-based approach tailored towards building mathematical aptitude.

There is a stark difference in the mathematics that is typically taught in schools and the real world mathematics which is often described as the most beautiful language we know. Cuemath’s mission is to reveal this beauty of mathematics to young school students thus helping them develop a holistic understanding of mathematics and mathematical thinking.

We are looking for people who share our vision, are passionate about mathematics education and have the potential to become thought leaders in the field.

Supervising, guiding and motivating, team members and help colleagues work together and ensure they’re delivering good experience to the clients/ partners .Ensuring the team is happy so the business can run smoothly, organise and delegate their workload as well as monitor them to make sure it’s done correctly.

Key Responsibilities





· Ensure all product & partner updates are communicated to the team and quality of pitch to partners is regularly monitored.

· Responsible for achieving daily and monthly targets for the team

· Managing attendance and leaves of the team to ensure maximum manpower utilization.

· Continuously give inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.

· Conduct daily briefings for the team members before the shift begins.

· Maintaining various reports related to daily performance and another metrics

· Assist in hiring & developing team members through training and regular performance reviews.

· Strengthen relationships: Establish and maintain communication with partners and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations

Skills and Qualifications:

· Setting the vision, direction and culture of the team by managing individual expectations and aspirations

· Valuable Analytical Skills

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Ability to take and receive feedback

· Multi-tasking and keen attention to details

· 4+ years of experience in team management

· Intermediate in Excel
