Key Responsibilities

- 3+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or Performance Marketing.

- Prior experience leading an Affiliate Sales or Publisher Acquisition team.

- Must have hands-on experience managing CPS, CPL, CPA, CPI, and CPC campaigns.

- Strong network of publishers and affiliate partners.

- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills.

- Confident personality with exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

- Strong understanding of affiliate tracking platforms such as Trackier, Ever flow, Has Offers, or similar.

- Experience with CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaign performance using data.

- Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.

Pay: ₹30,395.19 - ₹40,780.29 per month
