- Process and confirm trade orders accurately and efficiently while adhering to established guidelines and protocols.
- Monitor trade executions to identify and resolve any discrepancies, ensuring trades are executed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with brokers, traders, and other internal stakeholders to ensure proper trade settlement and resolution of any trade-related issues.
- Assist in the reconciliation of trade accounts, identifying and rectifying discrepancies in trade data.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trade activities and related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with external counterparties, custodians, and clearinghouses to facilitate smooth trade settlement processes.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry regulations, market trends,



and trade-related technologies.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risks associated with trade operations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to work effectively in a quick-paced and dynamic environment.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
