Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Taxation Specialist with experience or interest in investment products such as Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Alternative Investment Funds (AIF). The role involves managing tax compliance, investor reporting, and advisory support related to capital markets and fund structures.

NKey Responsibilities:

- Handle taxation for PMS and AIF structures, including investor-level taxation
N
- Compute and review capital gains (short-term & long-term) from securities transactions
N
- Prepare and review investor tax statements and reports
N
- Ensure compliance with Income Tax, TDS, and applicable SEBI regulations
N
- Assist in fund accounting and tax reconciliation for PMS/AIF portfolios
N
- Support GST implications, if applicable, on management fees
N




- Handle withholding tax (TDS) calculations for domestic and non-resident investors
N
- Assist in responding totax notices, assessments, and audits
N
- Stay updated with changes in tax laws impacting capital markets and funds
N

nRequired Skills:

- Solid understanding of capital markets taxation.

- Knowledge of PMS & AIF structures and regulations (Securities and Exchange Board of India guidelines)

- Proficiency in Excel and financial tools

- Familiarity with fund accounting concepts
