Responsibilities Provide tax compliance and consulting to privately held companies and high net worth individuals.

Develop and deliver innovative financial planning ideas that meet or exceed client expectations.

Oversee complex tax research projects for a variety of clients and diverse industries.

Work with clients to minimize their federal, state, and local tax liability.

Supervise tax professionals’ assignments and manage the day-to-day delivery of tax consulting services to the client.

Develop and motivate tax seniors and associates by reviewing their work and providing them with counseling, leadership, and career guidance.

Requirements 7 or more years’ experience in public accounting with an emphasis in High Net-Worth Taxation. Degree in Accounting or related field (Master’s degree a plus)

EA pr CPA license Mandatory





Extensive experience in researching complex tax issues and exposure to a variety of entities and industries.

Possess a strong desire to learn.

Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Demonstrates proactive thinking.

Experience developing and training senior and associate level professionals.

Technical skillsets: SurePrep, CCH / GoSystems / Fasttax / Lacerte Software, BNA.

Research skills like Checkpoint, BNA, Bloomberg, and Written Tax research memos.

Individual skillset: Hedge Fund / K-1, Valuable knowledge on International Forms (8938, 5471, 8621, 5472, 8858, 8865), {Gift Tax Return, Form 990 (Not Mandatory)} Source information Source company: BPM
