Job Title: Tanium Administrator SME

Location: Hyderabad (work from office)

1. 12+ Years of IT Infrastructure, Endpoint Management, and Security Operations experience, with 6+ years of hands-on Tanium administration .

Job Summary: OSI Digital is seeking a highly skilled Tanium Administrator SME to design, implement, administer, and optimize the Tanium platform across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in endpoint management, security operations, vulnerability management, patch management, asset discovery, compliance monitoring, and automation using Tanium modules.

Key Responsibilities:

Tanium Platform Administration

- Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Tanium infrastructure components.
- Manage Tanium Server, Zone Servers, Module Servers, and Clients.
- Perform platform health checks, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Implement and maintain Tanium best practices and governance standards.

Endpoint Management:

- Manage endpoint inventory and asset discovery using Tanium.
- Monitor endpoint health and compliance across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
- Ensure accurate endpoint visibility and reporting.

Patch Vulnerability Management

- Configure and maintain Tanium Patch and Deploy modules.
- Identify, assess, and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Coordinate patch deployments and compliance reporting.
- Generate vulnerability and remediation dashboards.

Security Compliance

- Support security operations through Tanium Threat Response and Incident Response capabilities.




- Monitor endpoint security baselines and policy compliance.
- Conduct root cause analysis and remediation of security incidents.
- Provide audit and compliance evidence as required.

Automation Reporting

- Develop custom sensors, packages, and actions.
- Automate operational and security tasks.
- Create dashboards, reports, and executive-level metrics.
- Integrate Tanium with SIEM, ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, Azure, or other enterprise tools.

Support Documentation

- Provide Level 3 support for Tanium-related issues.
- Develop operational runbooks and SOPs.
- Mentor junior administrators and support teams.
- Participate in change management and release activities.

Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience with: o Tanium Core Platform,

o Tanium Asset o Tanium Patch o Tanium Deploy o Tanium Inventory o Tanium Comply o Tanium Threat Response o Tanium Impact o Tanium Performance

We are not looking for someone who is:

1. Never worked with Tanium patching.
2. Never worked on patching activity, automation, vulnerability, security endpoint.
3. Not versatile for 24x7 rotational shifts and not ready to work from office.
