About Role:

- We are looking for a proactive and high-ownership

Talent Operations Intern to join the Founder’s Office.

- You will work closely with candidates, employers and external partners to ensure a smooth hiring experience.

Your role will involve understanding requirements, communicating with different stakeholders, coordinating the next steps and ensuring that opportunities move towards successful outcomes.

- This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys speaking with people, following through on commitments and solving problems in a fast-moving startup environment.

What you will do:

- Help candidates navigate relevant opportunities and guide them through the next steps.

- Coordinate interviews, assessments, documentation and joining processes.

- Communicate with employers and partners to understand requirements and share timely updates.

- Maintain accurate information and progress updates in internal trackers.

- Identify recurring concerns, drop-offs and operational gaps.





- Work closely with the team on new initiatives, experiments and pilot programmes.

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned candidates and outcomes.

Who we are looking for:

- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Comfortable speaking with candidates and employers over calls and WhatsApp.

- Organised, dependable and consistent with follow-ups.

- Able to work independently without requiring constant supervision.

- Empathetic and patient while interacting with candidates.

- Comfortable working in an early-stage environment where priorities may evolve.

- Available full-time for the three-month internship.
