Job Overview

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive who has excellent communication skills and a passion for learning. The ideal candidate should be able to communicate politely with customers, explain our products and services effectively, and build strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services in a professional and customer-friendly manner.
- Follow up with customers regularly through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain customer records and update follow-up details accurately.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve basic queries professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support.
- Assist with additional operational tasks whenever required.
- Learn new tools and processes as part of ongoing training.
