Role Description The Talent Manager role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai.

The Talent

Manager will oversee end-to-end talent management, including workforce planning, recruitment coordination, onboarding, and employee development initiatives. This role will partner closely with business leaders to identify capability needs, design career paths, and support performance management processes.

The Talent





Manager will contribute to employee engagement, retention strategies, succession planning, and HR analytics to support data-driven decisions. The position requires regular collaboration with HR, business stakeholders, and external partners to ensure SBFC attracts, develops, and retains high-performing talent aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.

Qualifications Experience in talent management, including recruitment support, performance management, and succession planning.

Skills in employee engagement, learning and development, career planning, and organizational development.

Ability to use HR analytics, workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making to support business goals.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration capabilities with cross-functional teams.

Proficiency in HR systems and tools, with comfort working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Prior experience in financial services or a similar regulated industry is an advantage.

Demonstrated ability to operate with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and promote inclusive, non-discriminatory practices.
