Job Title: Talent Manager- Influencer Marketing

We are looking for an experienced Talent Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the influencer marketing industry with hands-on experience in managing and closing deals with A-list celebrities, public figures, and premium talent. This role requires excellent industry connections, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to execute celebrity-led campaigns seamlessly. Key Responsibilities

Identify, onboard, and manage celebrity and premium talent for brand collaborations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with celebrity managers, talent agencies, PR teams, and artist representatives.

Independently negotiate and close celebrity endorsement and campaign deals.

Coordinate end-to-end execution of celebrity campaigns, ensuring timely deliverables and smooth communication between brands and talent.

Understand client requirements and recommend the most suitable celebrities or creators based on campaign objectives.

Handle contract negotiations, commercial discussions, usage rights, and campaign deliverables.

Stay updated with celebrity trends, entertainment industry developments, and emerging talent.

Work closely with the Brand Solutions and Client Servicing teams to execute high-impact influencer and celebrity campaigns.





Maintain an updated database of celebrity contacts, managers, and agencies.

Ensure smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders for campaign success.

Required Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of experience in an Talent Management Agency.

Proven experience working with A-list celebrities, actors, public figures, and premium creators.

Strong track record of successfully closing celebrity endorsement and campaign deals.

Existing network and relationships with celebrity managers, talent agencies, and entertainment professionals.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Robust understanding of influencer marketing, celebrity collaborations, and digital campaigns.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Experience working with leading influencer marketing or entertainment agencies.

Strong understanding of celebrity commercials, contracts, licensing, and usage rights.
