This role will lead talent acquisition, performance management systems, leadership development, productivity enhancement, employee capability building, and organizational growth initiatives across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategy across departments
- Build hiring pipelines and talent sourcing systems
- Improve hiring quality and recruitment efficiency
- Develop employer branding initiatives
- Partner with department heads for manpower planning
Performance Management Systems
- Design KPI and performance tracking frameworks
- Implement appraisal and review systems
- Monitor department productivity and accountability
- Drive performance improvement initiatives
- Build performance dashboards and reporting systems
Leadership & Capability Development
- Identify leadership gaps within teams
- Design leadership training programs
- Develop second-line managers and team leads
- Support succession planning initiatives
- Build learning and development frameworks
Organizational Development
- Improve organizational structure and efficiency
- Develop role clarity and accountability systems
- Create SOP-based performance workflows
- Enhance cross-functional collaboration structures
