Job Title: Talent Acquisition Delivery Team Lead

Role Purpose The Talent Acquisition Delivery Team Lead is responsible for leading a team of Recruiters to deliver highquality recruitment outcomes against agreed volumes, SLAs, and quality standards. The role focuses on operational execution, team performance, and hiring manager experience, while ensuring alignment with the overall TA service delivery model.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery & Performance:

- Lead the daytoday delivery of recruitment activities across assigned roles, functions, or geographies.
- Ensure requisitions are progressed efficiently and in line with agreed SLAs, priorities, and hiring plans.
- Monitor team performance across key metrics such as timetohire, pipeline health, quality, and candidate experience.
- Act as the first point of escalation for delivery issues, blockers, or prioritisation challenges.

Team Leadership & Coaching:

- Manage, coach, and support a team of Recruiters to ensure consistent performance and engagement.
- Allocate workload effectively across the team based on demand, complexity, and capacity.
- Provide regular feedback, coaching, and development support to build recruiter capability.
- Support onboarding and rampup of new team members.

Hiring Manager & Stakeholder Interaction:

- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to ensure clear understanding of requirements, timelines, and expectations.
- Support Recruiters in managing hiring manager relationships and resolving operational issues.
- Ensure a consistent,



professional, and positive experience for Hiring Managers and candidates.

Process, Quality & Compliance:

- Ensure recruitment processes are followed consistently and in line with agreed operating models and policies.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, system usage, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, data privacy, and internal governance requirements.

Continuous Improvement & Change Support:

- Identify recurring delivery challenges or inefficiencies and propose practical improvements.
- Support the implementation of process changes, recent tools, or ways of working as part of TA transformation initiatives.
- Share best practices and insights with the wider TA leadership and service delivery teams.

Required Experience & Skills:

- Solid experience in Talent Acquisition delivery, either inhouse or within an RPO environment.
- Previous experience leading, mentoring, or acting as a senior point of contact within a recruitment team.
- Strong understanding of endtoend recruitment processes and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage priorities, volumes, and competing demands in a fastpaced environment.
- Comfortable working with TA metrics, dashboards, and performance tracking.
