Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Mumbai.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring for multiple functions and levels.

Responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and designing effective recruitment strategies for retail, corporate, and distribution center positions.



The role will also focus on building and maintaining talent pipelines, enhancing employer branding initiatives, and ensuring a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

The Talent Acquisition

Specialist will track recruitment metrics, maintain accurate documentation, and adhere to company policies and legal compliance standards.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage end-to-end hiring processes.

Candidates should possess effective Interviewing and Hiring skills to assess talent and support sound selection decisions.

Candidates should possess Employer Branding skills to promote Wellness Forever as an attractive workplace and engage prospective talent.

Experience in talent acquisition for retail, healthcare, or FMCG sectors is beneficial.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills are required.

Ability to work on-site in Mumbai and manage multiple hiring mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR or recruitment certifications are an advantage.

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and sourcing via job portals and professional networks is preferred.
