Position Overview

As a Recruiter at Recrew AI, you'll be the engine behind talent discovery — owning sourcing strategy and candidate engagement across multiple active mandates. You'll work across functions and seniority levels, building pipelines and identifying high-quality talent for clients ranging from Seed-stage startups to established enterprises. This role is built for someone who thrives on the hunt, moves fast, and takes full ownership of their desk.

Role & Responsibilities

- Own sourcing for multiple concurrent mandates — identifying, mapping, and engaging passive and active talent across functions and seniority levels.
- Design and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies tailored to each role and target profile.
- Screen and assess candidates to ensure strong alignment with role requirements before handoff.




- Build and maintain live talent pipelines and market intelligence to stay ahead of hiring needs.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and manage candidate communication throughout the process.
- Track sourcing metrics and continuously iterate on outreach strategies to improve pipeline quality and speed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records across all active mandates in the ATS.

Must Have Criteria

- 2–6 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in an agency, executive search, or startup hiring setting.
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage talent across multiple functions and seniority levels (IC to leadership).
- Strong command of sourcing tools and techniques — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and community-based sourcing.
- Proven ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously without compromising quality or turnaround time.
- Strong written communication for candidate outreach — ability to craft compelling, personalised messaging that gets responses.

Nice to Have

- Prior experience hiring for Seed or Stealth-stage startups where role definitions are fluid and speed is critical.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools or modern ATS platforms used in high-volume agency environments.
- Experience working in a lean, outcomes-based recruiting model with no dedicated support staff.
