Key Responsibilities

? Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, Indeed, social media, and employee referrals.

? Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.

? Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.

? Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing to onboarding.

? Ensure a positive candidate experience through regular communication and follow-ups.

? Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.

? Maintain recruitment trackers, HR records, and hiring databases.

? Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs.

? Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives.

? Prepare recruitment reports and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills





✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

✔ Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Apna, and Indeed.

✔ Positive understanding of recruitment strategies and talent acquisition processes.

✔ Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Workspace.

✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Eligibility

? Graduate / BBA / MBA (HR) or equivalent.

? Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Recruitment, or HR Operations.

?️ Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
