Role Description This is a full time, on-site Talent Acquisition Recruiter role based in K.R.

Puram

Assembly.

The Talent Acquisition

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, defining role requirements, and creating inclusive job descriptions and recruitment strategies. Daily responsibilities include leveraging online job portals, professional networks, social media,



and campus channels to build strong talent pipelines, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

The recruiter will maintain accurate recruitment data, support employer branding initiatives, and collaborate with HR on onboarding and workforce planning for the growing EdTech business.

Qualifications

Talent acquisition and recruitment skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.

Experience with recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, professional networks, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.

Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions, deadlines, and priority changes effectively.

Understanding of HR fundamentals, including compliance, diversity and inclusion practices, and basic employment regulations.

Ability to analyze hiring data, track metrics, and use insights to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.

Previous experience in campus hiring or technology/EdTech recruitment is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
