Role Description The Talent Acquisition Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates across various functions.

The Talent Acquisition

Manager will partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, create effective job descriptions, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include building talent pipelines, leveraging multiple channels for recruitment, maintaining and reporting hiring metrics,



and supporting employer branding initiatives to position FinAGG as an employer of choice. The role also involves continuous process improvement in recruitment practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant employment regulations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting skills to manage complete hiring processes from planning to onboarding.

- Candidates should possess solid Hiring and Interviewing skills to assess talent effectively and make informed selection decisions.

- Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding to attract and retain high-quality talent and enhance FinAGG's market presence as an employer.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills to work collaboratively with leadership and hiring teams.

- Experience in fintech, financial services, or high-growth startups is an advantage.

- Ability to use applicant tracking systems, recruitment platforms, and data-driven insights for hiring decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; advanced HR or recruitment certifications are a plus.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple requisitions, and maintain high standards of professionalism and integrity.
