Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and talent management processes. Candidates who demonstrate strong performance during the internship may be considered for a Pre-Placement Offer (PPO). Job Details
- Location: On-site (Full time)
- Stipend: ₹5,000 per month
- Duration: 6 Months
- Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- PPO Opportunity: Based on performance Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support employee engagement and internal HR initiatives
- Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Basic understanding of HR functions and recruitment processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred
