Scope of Work

- End-to-End Execution: Own the talent acquisition lifecycle for niche, high-priority, or mid-to-senior level mandates.
- Passive Sourcing: Leverage advanced Boolean logic, social sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.), and professional networks to identify dark-pool talent.
- Screening & Calibration: Conduct deep-dive initial screenings to assess technical competency, cultural alignment, and career motivation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:



Deliver highly calibrated shortlists and partner closely with hiring managers to expedite the interview process.
- Offer Management: Act as the candidates trusted advisor through the negotiation stage to ensure high offer-acceptance rates.

Core Requirements
- Sourcing Mastery: Exceptional ability to unearth passive candidates beyond standard job board applications.
- Data & Process Savvy: Comfortable using modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), managing data pipeline health, and structuring outreach metrics.
- Communication & Hustle: Stellar negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and a track record of successfully managing high-stakes candidate relationships.
- Autonomous Setup: A dedicated remote working environment with your own established tools/networks is highly preferred.
