Recruitment & Staffing :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for apprentices, trainees, executives, and managerial positions.
- Partner with functional heads to understand manpower requirements and develop hiring plans.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, campus recruitment, and networking channels.
- Conduct preliminary screening, interviews, and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interview processes.
- Ensure timely closure of vacancies while maintaining quality of hire.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and recurring positions.
- Drive campus hiring, apprenticeship engagement, and relationship management with educational institutions.
- Manage candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer roll-outs, and onboarding coordination.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as TAT, cost per hire,



offer-to-join ratio, and source effectiveness.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance talent attraction.
