JR Laddha Group is a third-generation Indian financial services group founded in 1984, overseeing approximately ₹4,000 Cr. We run mutual fund distribution through a network of independent financial advisors, alongside wealth advisory and investment banking for HNI and UHNI families.

The role

Keep our hiring moving. You are the person who makes sure open positions get filled, candidates don't go cold, and new joiners start well. Department heads know what they need. Your job is to draw it out of them, run the process, and close the loop.

What you'll do

- Sit with department heads to understand each open role properly: what the job actually involves, what a good candidate looks like, and what is negotiable.
- Run the interview process end to end. Schedule calls between candidates and department heads, chase both sides, keep the calendar moving.
- Source candidates where needed, through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and consultants. Most candidates will come through existing channels, but you fill the gaps.
- Screen applications and shortlist against the brief before anything reaches a department head.




- Own candidate communication. Everyone hears back, at every stage.
- Run onboarding for new joiners: documentation, first-week orientation, introductions across teams, and a check-in at 30 days.
- Maintain a easy hiring tracker: roles open, stage, days to close.

What we're looking for

- 2 to 4 years in recruitment or HR coordination.
- Strong follow-up discipline. This role runs on chasing people politely and persistently.
- Comfortable pushing back on a department head who gives you a vague brief.
- Good spoken and written English, plus Hindi. Bengali is a plus.
- Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets, Naukri and LinkedIn.
