We are seeking a passionate and experienced Tableau Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming complex data into meaningful business insights using Tableau. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build interactive dashboards, optimize reporting performance, and deliver scalable analytics solutions that support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Tableau Developer or similar BI role.

Strong expertise in Tableau Desktop with advanced knowledge of:

Complex Calculated Fields

Level of Detail (LOD) Expressions

Table Calculations

Parameters & Parameter Actions

Set Actions & Dynamic Sets

Context, Include, Exclude & Fixed LODs

Dashboard Actions (Filter, Highlight, URL)

Robust understanding of Tableau fundamentals, visualization best practices,



dashboard design principles, and storytelling with data.

Excellent knowledge of charts and graph selection, choosing appropriate visualizations based on business requirements.

Experience in developing high-performance dashboards using Tableau performance optimization techniques and best practices.

Hands-on experience with Tableau Prep Builder for data preparation and transformation.

Basic working knowledge of Tableau Server / Tableau Cloud, including:

Publishing Workbooks & Data Sources

Projects & Content Organization

User Groups & Permission Management

Row Level Security (RLS)

Scheduled Refreshes & Subscriptions

Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries and optimize query performance.

Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL concepts, joins, relationships, blending, and semantic layers.

Working knowledge of Python for scripting, automation, or data processing is an added advantage.

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred.

Familiarity with data warehousing concepts.

Prior exposure to Agile methodologies or DevOps practices in BI projects.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to interact with both technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visual analytics solutions.



Develop complex Tableau workbooks using advanced calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, sets, table calculations, and dashboard actions. Build intuitive and visually appealing dashboards by applying Tableau visualization best practices and appropriate chart selection.

Optimize dashboard performance through efficient data modelling, extract optimization, query tuning, and Tableau performance best practices. Develop reusable Tableau data sources and maintain consistency across reporting solutions. Build and optimize complex SQL queries to support reporting and analytics requirements.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Tableau solutions. Prepare and transform data using Tableau Prep or other ETL tools. Publish, manage, and maintain Tableau content on Tableau Server/Cloud, including permissions, Row Level Security (RLS), scheduled refreshes, and user access management.

Ensure data quality through validation, reconciliation, and testing. Troubleshoot dashboard issues and continuously improve reporting performance, usability, and scalability.
