Role Summary Seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with expertise in Automation, Ansible, DevSecOps, and Identity & Access Management (IAM) to design, develop, and support end-to-end Service Account Provisioning Automation solutions across enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement Ansible playbooks, roles, and collections for service account provisioning, password rotation, and de-provisioning.

Automate server provisioning and de-provisioning across on-premises environments.

Integrate automation workflows with Active Directory, LDAP, CyberArk, and identity providers.

Develop reusable and scalable automation frameworks supporting multi-environment deployments.





Integrate automation solutions with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.

Build pipeline validation, approval workflows, and provisioning governance controls.

Generate audit logs and compliance-related automation outputs.

Design and develop self-service portals and operator dashboards.

Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) for requestors, approvers, and administrators.

Integrate automation solutions with ITSM platforms such as Ivanti Neurons.

Provide real-time provisioning status tracking and audit reporting.

Collaborate with Security, IAM, DevOps, and Infrastructure teams.

Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI-DSS, NIST, and internal security standards.

Develop runbooks, architecture documentation, SOPs, and operational guides.

Deliver knowledge transfer and support during project handover.

Required Skills 5 7 years of Systems Engineering experience.

Strong experience with Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).

Expertise in Ansible Playbooks, Roles, Collections, Energetic Inventory, and Ansible Vault.

Strong PowerShell automation experience.

Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, and service account management.

Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar PAM solutions.

Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.

Experience building CI/CD pipelines using YAML.

Hands-on experience with Angular development.

Experience with .NET and REST API development.

Strong understanding of IAM, RBAC, PAM, and Service Account Lifecycle Management.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills Experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes.

Knowledge of CyberArk CCP and Conjur.

Experience integrating with ITSM platforms and REST APIs.

Familiarity with Backstage or Internal Developer Portals.

RHCE or Ansible Automation certifications.

Experience building enterprise self-service automation platforms.
