We are looking for a System Administrator (macOS) with hands-on experience in managing and supporting Apple MacBooks. The ideal candidate should have experience in macOS administration, troubleshooting, and IT infrastructure support.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Apple MacBooks and macOS.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Mac systems.
- Install and configure applications, printers, and peripherals.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and system settings.
- Perform OS upgrades, security patches, and software updates.
- Configure Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and network connectivity.
- Provide end-user technical support and resolve IT issues.
- Maintain system documentation and asset inventory.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues.
- Coordinate with vendors for repairs and warranty support when required.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in System Administration.




- Hands-on experience with Apple MacBooks and macOS.
- Knowledge of Windows and macOS environments.
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and email configuration.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with MDM solutions (Jamf, Microsoft Intune, or similar).
- Knowledge of Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of virtualization and cloud services.

Qualification
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or a related field.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
