Position Title: System Administrator

Experience: 1+ Years

Roles and Responsibilities

- Install, configure, manage, and troubleshoot Windows Linux desktops and servers

- Diagnose and resolve hardware issues (servers, desktops, storage, peripherals)

- Administer Windows Server: User, group, and permission management

- Group Policies (GPO) and security policies

- Ensure robust network security, including firewalls, VPNs, and other security appliances.

- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system performance and reliability.

- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of technology solutions.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime.

- Conduct regular system backups and perform data recovery operations when needed.

Candidate Profile

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.





- In-depth knowledge of network administration, including experience with firewalls, routers, switches, VPNs, and network security practices.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and technologies.

- Ability to adapt to recent technologies and learn quickly.

- Added Advantage

- Experience with virtualization (Hyper-V / VMware)

- Knowledge of PowerShell / Bash scripting

- Understanding of system security hardening

- Exposure to monitoring and performance tools

- Basic knowledge of AI concepts or AI infrastructure support
