About the Opportunity A fast-growing boutique wealth advisory and capital markets firm operating at the intersection of global asset allocation and syndicated investment solutions, we serve high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients across Asia. Our team structures bespoke cross-border investment vehicles, advises on multi-asset portfolio construction, and executes syndicated equity/debt placements with global fund partners — all grounded in rigorous CFA-aligned analysis and investment banking discipline. Role & Responsibilities

- Design and execute syndicated wealth structuring solutions — combining private equity, credit, real assets, and thematic funds — for UHNW clients and family offices.
- Lead end-to-end deal flow: identify off-market opportunities, conduct due diligence, model cash flows, and structure investor term sheets with global fund managers.
- Collaborate with cross-border legal, tax, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions (India, Singapore, UAE, Switzerland).
- Prepare pitch decks, investment memorandums, and client reports using financial modeling best practices aligned with CFA Level 3 standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with global asset managers, sovereign wealth funds,



and private credit providers to source exclusive syndication pipelines.
- Advise on multi-asset portfolio construction, risk-adjusted return optimization, and ESG-integrated allocations for client mandates.

Skills & Qualifications

- Must-Have
- CFA Level 3 Candidate or Charterholder
- Investment Banking experience (M&A;, ECM, DCM, or Private Equity)
- Expertise in financial modeling (LBO, DCF, project finance)
- Robust understanding of syndicated debt/equity structuring
- Proficiency in Bloomberg, Capital IQ, and Excel (advanced modeling)
- Experience with cross-border wealth structuring or offshore funds
- Knowledge of SEBI, FEMA, and international fund regulations

- Preferred
- CA/CFA dual qualification
- Experience with family office advisory or private wealth management
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic (for APAC/MENA deal flow)
