- Operate surface grinding machines efficiently.
- Read and understand engineering drawings.
- Maintain dimensional accuracy and quality standards.
- Perform machine setup, tool changing, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while following safety procedures.

Requirements:

- 3-12 years of experience as a Surface Grinder.
- Valuable knowledge of precision grinding operations.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Dial Gauge.
- Responsible, disciplined, and quality-focused.
