Job Purpose

- Having hands on experience to carry out regular as well as shutdown maintenance activities of CFBC Boiler & Turbine and its auxiliaries.
- Predictive, Preventive and Corrective maintenance of equipment.
- Improvement in Overall Equipment Effectiveness.
- Improvement in MTBF and reduction in MTTR.
- Inspection and maintaining healthiness of equipment by regular inspection and abnormality identification and correction.
- Maintaining record of Equipment history and maintenance activity.
- Maintaining record for basic and critical spares and consumables required for carry out day to day maintenance activity and informed to AET member for procurement whenever required.
- Area Ownership and model area development




- Carry out day to day as well as shutdown maintenance activities of CFBC Boiler, Turbine and its auxiliaries viz Fans, BFP, CWP, ACWP, CEP, CT Fans, reciprocating and screw compressors, Ash handling system, ESP, High pressure valves and other jobs as per guidelines.
- Demonstrating Safety Behavior in day to day job execution.
- Carry out small small improvement, suggestion and modifications.
- Effective job planning and execution for daily maintenance activity.
- Guide and develop contractor manpower.
- Carry out 5S activities, implementation of Kaizen.
- Responsible for implementing safety guidelines on job.
