Principal Accountabilities:

- Oversee and manage all operations related to the cold zone finishing process in the steel plant.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Use analytical skills to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes.
- Utilize SAP and other IT-related applications to manage data, track performance, and improve efficiency.
- Liaise with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
- Use your knowledge of ductile iron pipe to ensure the highest quality of finished product.
- Demonstrate a global mindset and commercial acumen in all decisions and actions.
- Show entrepreneurship in identifying and pursuing new opportunities for improvement and growth.
